Sharm Ravindran is the Managing Partner of Ravindran Advocates & Solicitors, a boutique firm she founded in 2011. With more than 20 years of experience, she is widely recognised for her work in commercial litigation, arbitration, construction adjudication, and corporate advisory, particularly in high-stakes and cross-border matters.
Sharm advises boards and senior management on legal risk, governance, dispute strategy, and regulatory compliance, occasionally including projects valued above RM1 billion. Known for combining legal precision with commercial pragmatism, she helps clients resolve disputes decisively while safeguarding long-term business interests.
She is an accredited adjudicator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and a certified Legal Sustainability Practitioner. Sharm also serves on the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board and contributes to governance and diversity initiatives as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Beyond practice, she is a thought leader in governance, gender equality, and sustainability, frequently speaking at regional forums and serving as a judge for the UN Women Asia-Pacific Women’s Empowerment Principles Awards (WEP Awards). Sharm’s work has earned her recognition across Asia, establishing her as a trusted voice in law and leadership.
