Terrence is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with experience across construction, corporate, employment, and intellectual property matters. A graduate of the University of Leeds, he has gained hands-on exposure to drafting pleadings, managing case files, and assisting on adjudication and court proceedings.
His practice includes construction and adjudication work under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA), giving him a strong foundation in payment disputes and procedural strategy under tight statutory timelines. Terrence has worked on matters involving corporate winding-up, contractor and insurance disputes, employment advisory, and intellectual property issues spanning software licensing and pharmaceutical protection. He also has a keen interest in technology law, data protection, and cybersecurity, and has experience advising on regulatory compliance in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector, as well as data protection and cybersecurity matters.
