Sharmila graduated from the University of London (External) in 2001 and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2002 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2004. She founded Messrs Ravindran in 2011.
Her portfolio covers a wide range of areas including corporate & commercial litigation and arbitration, maritime, construction & engineering, insolvency and shareholder disputes. She is an Accredited Adjudicator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre.
She was a monthly columnist for a business magazine and has provided commentaries for CIDB Construction Law Reports. She is also an author for Lexis Nexis. She actively gives talks and sits as a panellist on legal as well as women empowerment matters.
She was the Chairperson for the Gender Equality and Diversity Committee under the Kuala Lumpur Bar (2019/2020 term) and is actively involved in the women empowerment agenda. She is an Advisor on the Board of a voluntary women empowerment platform that was formed in 2015 focusing on two key issues of women dropping out of the workforce, and the lack of women in senior management positions.

Sueanne graduated from the University of London (External)) with an LLB (Hons) in 2016 and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2017. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in January 2019.
Sueanne is a dispute resolution lawyer. She has advised and successfully represented clients in disputes involving land, construction and engineering, breach of contract, breach of trust, breach of administrative law etc. Her portfolio also includes corporate advisory and corporate drafting including conducting legal audits, drafting of business and corporate agreements of varying complexities.
Besides English and Bahasa Malaysia, she is also fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese.

Ben earned his degree from the University of Liverpool in 2018 and successfully completed his Bar Professional Training Course in 2021. Subsequently, he was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2022.
Specialising in dispute resolution, Ben has effectively represented clients in a variety of legal areas including employment law, company law, breach of contract, land law and debt recovery. He also offers insights and advice in corporate advisory.
